Shipping Policy:

We ship most orders within three business days via standard UPS ground shipping. We also offer 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day express shipping for within the United States for an additional charge. Please see our shipping chart below for estimate charges.

Payment:

We accept all major credit cards, personal and corporate checks, and cash as forms of payments. Kindly allow 7 business days for any checks to clear in order for us to ship your order.

Returning an Item:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please carefully follow the return instructions:

Please contact Executive Sports Group at 1-800-881-6615 for your Return Authorization Number (RA).
Executive Sports Group must receive your return within 30 days from your order date. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.
In order to help us credit your order, we require that you:
- Mark the package with the Return Authorization number.
- Include original sales invoice or packing slip with return
- Include the Certificate of Authenticity with the returned item.
- Item will not be accepted as a return if received damaged without prior notice.
- We cannot credit your order unless all of the above requests are met.
- We will gladly refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.
